The service is intended for small development tasks and not for full project development unless agreed separately.
Task Submission Process
The service operates under the following workflow:
- The client submits a task through the website.
- The service provider reviews the task.
- A time and cost estimate is provided.
- The client approves the estimate.
- Payment is completed.
- Work begins.
No work is started before the estimate is approved and payment is received.
Estimates
All tasks receive a time and cost estimate before work begins.
Estimates are based on the information provided by the client. If the scope of work changes or additional issues are discovered, a revised estimate may be provided.
The client must approve the revised estimate before additional work continues.
Payments
Payments are processed through bePaid, a third-party payment provider.
Supported payment methods may include:
- Visa
- MasterCard
- Samsung Pay
The service provider does not store or process credit card information directly.
All payment processing is handled by the payment provider in accordance with their terms and security standards.
Minimum Task Size
A minimum task size may apply.
Tasks that are too small or unclear may be declined or combined into a minimum billable amount.
Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for:
- providing accurate task descriptions
- granting necessary access to systems, hosting, or repositories
- ensuring that they have the rights to modify the website or system
The service provider is not responsible for delays caused by missing access or incomplete information.
Third-Party Systems
Many tasks involve third-party systems such as:
- hosting providers
- CMS platforms
- plugins or modules
- external APIs
- payment gateways
The service provider cannot guarantee the availability, stability, or behavior of third-party systems.
Issues caused by third-party platforms are outside the direct control of the service provider.
Limitation of Liability
The service is provided on a best-effort basis.
The service provider shall not be liable for:

- downtime caused by third-party systems
The total liability for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific task.
Task Refusal

Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the client receives the rights to the code or modifications created specifically for the task.
Existing frameworks, libraries, tools, and reusable components remain the property of their respective owners.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of development work, payments for approved tasks are generally non-refundable once work has started.
If a task cannot be completed for technical reasons, the service provider may issue a partial refund or offer an alternative solution at their discretion.
Service Availability
While reasonable efforts are made to respond quickly to task submissions, the service does not guarantee specific response times unless explicitly stated.
